ROGRAM MANAGER
Home and Community Connections is seeking a Program Manager to join our team for our Holyoke home – supporting people who are in our 24 Hour Supports Model.
This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct care and on-call responsibilities, and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of residential support to assigned individuals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
- Teaching/instructional ability,
- Good communication skills,
- Patience,
- Ability to work under time/demand pressure,
- Flexibility,
- Willingness to accept high levels of responsibility.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in direct care to persons with developmental disabilities or related field.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Reliable transportation required with 3 years positive driving history.
- Basic computer skills (Windows/internet)
- Ability to safely lift 25 pounds required.
- Must be MAP Certified.
PREFERRED:
- An undergraduate degree in human service field or education – direct care and administrative experience may be substituted for education requirement.
